Alpha 1 - Station of the Lost. 

In the center of Moonbase Alpha Commander John 
Koenig stared frightened at the wall sized view 
screen. From the surface of the mysterious planet 
Psychon, a white-bright energy ball with phenomenal 
speed rose up. Frightened Koenig thought of Torens 
and Frazer, the two pilots of the Scout ship 
Eagle One. 
The Eagle lay exactly ahead of the course of the 
energy ball! 
"Commander - the thing is racing straight for us!" 
Frasers hoarse voice sounded from the loudspeaker 
in the Command Center. 
Helplessly John Koenig sat in his contoured chair. 
"Speed up, try to get away!" he roared desperately. 
"Evade! Damn..." 
His voice died. 
White lightning flickered over the view screen, dipping 
everything into sharp light and Koenigs eyes seemed 
to burn. 
Then silence prevailed.
Eagle One transmitted no more. . .
